Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Great Grandma Shirley's Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

Ingredients:

• ½ lb. butter or ½ c.
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs

cream together well then add

• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. flour sifted with
• 2 tsp. baking powder and ½ tsp. baking soda

• Cinnamon and Sugar mixed together
• Nuts, raisins, chocolate chips according to preference

Procedure:

Grease baking pan and put half of the mixture in the sprinkle cinnamon which has been mixed with sugar. Add either nuts, raisins or chocolate chips. Add the rest of the mixture. Put rest of cinnamon mixture on top. Bake at 325 or 350 degrees for 45 min. or until cake is done.
